What error 0x80070570 actually means
Windows shows 0x80070570 — "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" — when it can't read a file from the disk it's stored on. With videos it usually appears while copying footage off an SD card, a USB stick or an external drive, and the copy stops partway.
That is a storage problem, not a video problem: the card's file system is damaged, the card or reader is failing, or the card was pulled out while a camera or computer was still writing to it. File repair can't fix the card itself, and a file that can't be copied off can't be uploaded.
What to try first: copy the file again with a different card reader, USB port or computer, and copy one file at a time. Before you run a disk-repair tool such as chkdsk on the card, copy off what you can — disk repair can throw away the damaged parts of files. If the card isn't detected at all, or the files are gone, that is data recovery, not repair; see where to go instead.
